Facilities were impressive, but room lacked toiletries.

Stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great spot for some family fun, and the playground area was a hit with the kids. Although the games room could use some improvement, the convenience of having our room open out to the pool area made our stay better, especially since it was raining during our visit.

The indoor pool and ample space for families made the stay enjoyable. the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds stood out.

The deck outside had residue that could be slippery, the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied, and some items like the shower lacked power or were lukewarm. Long hallways could use better signage to direct guests to reception.

The staff was genuinely friendly, and the pool area looked inviting! Bar meals while watching rugby made for a cozy experience.

The hotel offers fantastic facilities for families, including an indoor and outdoor pool. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness is impressive.

The rooms feel a bit tired and could use an update.

Staying here was cool. The indoor pool is pretty snazzy, and the kids loved the playground. We tried some tasty dishes at the restaurant, and the service was on point. Just a heads up, the room layouts are a bit tricky to navigate, but the staff were super helpful with directions.
